What type of photo should I send?

For best results, please send a clear, well-lit photo taken head-on or slightly from the side. The better the quality of the photo, the more precise and detailed the final result will be.

Can I see a preview before printing?

Depending on the product ordered, a preview can be sent upon request before printing. Feel free to contact me after placing your order if you wish to request one.

What are the creation and delivery times?

As each creation is custom-made, the preparation time is generally 2 to 4 business days.
Delivery then takes 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location.

Can I modify my order after placing it?

Yes, any modification is possible as long as the creation or production has not yet started. Contact me quickly after your order.

What if my photo is not good quality?

If the photo sent does not allow for an optimal rendering, I will contact you directly to find a better alternative together.

Can I order multiple animals on the same creation?

This depends on the product chosen. For any specific request or custom project, please do not hesitate to contact me before ordering.

Can the colors / final rendering vary slightly?

Yes, slight color variations may occur depending on screens and printing media.
